According to Rod Santomassimo of The Massimo Group, the average broker chases deals while the elite broker creates opportunities. Elite brokers know their profit-producing activities, track their conversion rates and can state their track record precisely.
Rod Santomassimo says if fewer than 20% to 25% of conversations turn into meetings, the value proposition is off. From meeting to exclusive listing, most markets should see a baseline of 20%.
Logan Freeman aims for four to five meaningful conversations a day with people who plan to buy, sell or lease in the next 90 days, which drives about 10 proposals a month.
