The meeting approved plat adjustments in Falcon Ridge and Cottonwood Canyon, approved plats near Prairie Star Parkway and K-7 tied to the Salera developments, reviewed the 2026 to 2030 capital improvement program and continued a Lenexa Logistics Center industrial building and the Clear Creek single-family rezoning to February 2.
Lenexa prefers clean plats and technical compliance over variances. When a pool, deck or retaining walls crossed setbacks or property lines, the fix was a lot line or final plat adjustment rather than a special exception.
The 2026 to 2030 CIP is Lenexa's five-year roadmap for roads, utilities and public infrastructure. It shows where the city will invest alongside private capital, and infrastructure comes before development.
